Shoot the Dog

For today's post, I've selected Shoot the Dog, a questionable song with a good beat and an unbeatable video. For us worshipers of "the look," this is a must see.

We are treated to a self-deprecating cartoon of George (Michael) himself in many hilarious situations. My personal favorite moment is when the three looks of George: Wham, Faith, and 90s Caesar all dance together. Cannot be beat. I also love when different versions of George dress up like the village people.

Say what you will about his political message, this video is incredible. And as astute observers of the George look, it's a laugh-out-loud must see.

Enjoy!

You know, it never ceases to amaze me just how much George material is out there -- great find Kitty!

Agree that this song is definitely sub-par, yet somehow it remains in the 25Live setlist...well, I guess its a good bathroom break song for the show!

As for the video, very clever and may I say uncharacteristic for our george! His videos usually concern themselves with his hedonistic lifestyle, but this is so different.

But let's dispense with discussion of politics and focus on the hysterical "looks" the animate Geo has. Among my favorites is Homer and Marge Michael-- hysterical! But the highlight, as Kitty points out, is when they have the three Georges: the "go-go," "castro," and "free" looks. My personal fave is the castro -- his goatee looks sharp even in animation!!!

Whoa, what WAS that? I don't even know what I just watched. What's the whole "Shoot the Dog"? Is it some sort of take on Wag the Dog? I don't get it...

I love the Geo in the cheetah thong with the manscaped chest hair.

Geo as the Simpsons was pretty great, especially with the fish-George.

I'm still stunned
